We are working with a not-for-profit organization in Brooklyn seeking a Residential Aide on a temporary basis. The Residential Aide helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and assists with the day-to-day operations of the facility. Hours: Saturday - Sunday, various shifts Responsibilities
Greet residents, visitors, and staff and direct them as needed. Monitor the facility and help maintain a safe environment. Maintain logs and complete basic documentation as required. Help keep resident areas and common spaces clean and organized. Report incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues to supervisors. Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements
High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred. Experience working in a residential, shelter, or social services setting is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift items, climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Reliable, professional, and able to work with diverse populations.
