Maintenance Technician
Location: Franklin Cove Apartments - 2015 Franklin Court ; Franklin, IN 46131 
Job Type:Full-Time– Rotating on Call (Franklin & Indianapolis) 
Pay Rate:$21-$24/hr- Depending on Experience

What You’ll Do
  • Complete Work Orders:Use our technology to handle maintenance tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Manage Unit Turns:Prepare units for new residents as directed by the community leader.
  • Handle Emergencies:Respond to emergency maintenance calls, including on-call shifts when needed.
  • Maintain High Standards:Keep our communities in top shape and document your work properly.
  • Stay Certified:Maintain any required certifications for the role.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience:At least 1 yearofmaintenance work with some plumbing and/or electrical knowledge.
  • Dependability:Avalid driver’s license,reliabletransportation,anda greatwork ethic.
  • Resident-Focused:A commitment to providing excellentcustomerservice, clear communication, and quality repairs.
  • Efficiency andProblem-Solving:The ability to manage multiple tasks and solve issues as they arise.
  • Clear Communication:Effectivewritten and verbal communication skills.
