The Role Are you a creative person who loves supporting high-performing teams? The Sales Agent Support & Marketing Coordinator is a dual-focus role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand marketing and administrative excellence.
You will work directly with our real estate agents to elevate their personal brands, turn their property listings into compelling stories across social media, and provide the critical administrative leverage that allows them to focus on their clients.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Marketing: Design high-impact property brochures, flyers, digital graphics, and listing materials using Canva while maintaining brand guidelines.
Social Media Content Creation: Own the digital footprint for our brokerage and properties. Create and post engaging short-form video (Reels/TikToks), high-quality images, and compelling copy.
Agent Administrative Support: Act as a critical resource for our agents by managing contact databases, building e-card campaigns, and executing precise MLS listing data inputs.
Office & Brand Collaboration: Maintain brand excellence across all channels and utilize Google Workspace to keep office communication, projects, and schedules highly organized.
Qualifications & Skills Required
The Creative Toolkit: Proficiency in Canva and a strong eye for clean, modern design.
Digital Native: Proven experience creating social media content, specifically short-form video.
Salesforce Support Experience: Prior experience successfully supporting multiple salespeople or working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Tech-Savvy: Highly comfortable with Google Workspace and a quick study on industry-specific databases (MLS, CRM platforms).
Real Estate Knowledge: Prior knowledge of real estate operations, listing lifecycles, or transaction coordination is highly preferred.
