Evening Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Lancashire Post Acute (SNF)

Join our team at Lancashire Post Acute as an Evening Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, this is a full-time opportunity with a sign-on bonus of $2500. Available shift: 3 PM- 11 PM. $20-$24 an hour (all inclusive). Shift differentials: $1.50 for evening shift 3 PM-11 PM. New grads welcome! No Frills Program for full-time employees: If you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you'll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance. Employees who live more than 40 miles away will receive a monthly travel stipend starting 30 days after hire.

Responsibilities for CNAs:

  • Provide basic resident care under direction of nursing staff
  • Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving residents, and/or changing linens
  • Provide health and supportive services to ensure all resident needs are met

Qualifications for CNAs:

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as a CNA in the state of Virginia
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once
