Automotive Sales Consultant
to deliver an exceptional customer experience, build lasting customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores. Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards Qualifications
2 years of Sales experience in the Automotive industry preferred. Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written. Confidence in your ability to be successful. A desire to work in a commission, performance-based, environment. Great attitude with high-energy personality. Excellent customer service skills. Professional appearance and work ethic. Self-starter and self-motivated. Ability to work well in a process driven environment. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record. What We Offer

As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is
