Responsibilities
Build pipeline: use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage high‑potential clients across the USA.
Prospecting & Initial Contact: conduct extensive research to understand the target market and engage in initial contact.
Analyze data & optimize performance: track key metrics, report on progress, and propose solutions to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
Be a self‑starter & problem‑solver: spot and fix problems quickly and cleverly in a startup environment.
Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales within the IT consulting industry (ERP segment).
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Expertise in leveraging prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Strategic thinker who can analyze data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable plans.
Adaptability to dynamic environments, embracing challenges with a proactive and independent approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ideally based in Chicago for occasional on‑site work.
Fluency in English essential.
