We’re offering something different.
We’re hiring a small number of high‑performing sales professionals to enter our Sales Manager in Training Program . This program is designed for individuals who want to move into leadership quickly—but understand that leadership is earned through performance, not simply given.
You’ll spend your first 6–10 weeks learning our sales process, products, and culture while working as an Outside Sales Representative. During that time, you’ll have the opportunity to demonstrate the production, work ethic, and leadership qualities we’re looking for.
Those who successfully complete the program will receive priority consideration for our next Sales Manager openings as we continue expanding into new markets.
Why This Opportunity Is Different As an Outside Sales Representative, our top performers average approximately $120,000 per year .
Once promoted to Sales Manager, you’ll continue earning commissions on your own sales while also earning manager overrides. Our Sales Managers average approximately $160,000 per year in overrides alone , in addition to their personal sales income.

How to build relationships with business owners.
Product knowledge and sales strategy.

This isn’t classroom training. You’ll learn by doing.
After Promotion
As a Sales Manager, you’ll:
Lead and coach your own sales team.
Conduct daily training and accountability meetings.
Ride along with team members to improve performance.
Continue producing your own sales.
Help grow one of our expansion markets.
Our recruiting and executive leadership teams will assist in building your team. Your responsibility is to develop that team into a top‑performing office. You’ll get a say in who joins your ream, but you won’t be expected to build this on your own.
Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for professionals who are confident enough to earn the opportunity.
You should have:
Previous sales experience (required).
Strong communication skills.
A competitive mindset.
The ability to lead by example.
A desire to build a long‑term career in sales leadership.
This Position Isn’t for Everyone.
