Job Description
Lumina Agency Inc is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lawrence, MA. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building professional relationships, and contributing to business growth. As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will play a key role in connecting with prospective clients, presenting solutions, and supporting the sales process from initial contact through successful customer engagement.
Responsibilities Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients. Present products and services in a professional and informative manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and company goals. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs. Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking performance metrics. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
