At 4-Corners Regional Healthcare Center, our LPNs are essential members of a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents-day and night. Competitive Pay Consistent Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM), 3 days per week Scheduling Flexibility: Specific days discussed during interview Career Growth: Nursing Tuition Reimbursement - up to $500/month toward further education or repayment of previous loans

What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Accurately document care, observations, and resident status Assist with admissions, discharges, and education for residents and families Observe and report changes in resident condition promptly Maintain infection control and safety standards throughout the shift Support and mentor CNAs and team members on the unit
Training & Support: We offer structured training, clinical support, and continuing education opportunities to help you build confidence and grow in your nursing career. What We're Looking For:
Current LPN license in good standing (Utah or compact state) BLS certification (AHA required) Strong attention to detail and communication skills Compassionate care mindset and commitment to teamwork
