Echo Tech Opportunity (Echocardiography Technician)Position Type: Full-Time One of our clients in the region has engaged us to help them recruit Echo Techs for their growing team of healthcare professionals. Their state-of-the-art imaging department is expanding, and we are seeking a skilled Echo Tech to join their dynamic team. We seek a dedicated Echo Tech to perform high-quality echocardiographic examinations and contribute to patient-centered care. In this role, you will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic information through echocardiography. Key Responsibilities:
Perform transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE), transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), and other cardiac imaging procedures. Ensure high-quality images and accurate measurements for diagnostic purposes. Prepare and maintain echocardiography equipment and supplies. Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare team members to review imaging results and assist in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain patient records and document imaging procedures accurately. Provide compassionate patient care, addressing any concerns and ensuring comfort during procedures. Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Cardiovascular Technology, or related field. Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) from a recognized certifying body. Proven experience as an Echo Tech or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of echocardiography techniques, equipment, and protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality. Benefits:
