Job Overview Field Sales Account Executive – Advanced Security Services. Must live in the specified territory. Key Responsibilities Champion Advanced and Integrated Security Services, forging strong partnerships with established and new accounts across various sectors. Sell cutting‑edge, integrated security solutions that require deep understanding of IP security offerings and IT network infrastructure. Engage with sophisticated products such as integrated video surveillance and access control systems. Develop sales leads, solicit clients, nurture referrals, and network within local associations and trade shows. Build and maintain relationships with security consultants, architecture and engineering firms, general contractors, electricians, and subcontractors. Convey the value of technically sophisticated systems, ensuring clients understand solutions and stay informed about local codes. Conduct physical surveys of client facilities to identify security needs and contribute to system design. Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that translate features into benefits. Maintain continuous training and research to stay current on product offerings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in large, advanced security systems, IT, and technology sectors, with at least 3 years focused on major accounts. Experience in the Security Integration Industry and proven track record with central control systems and monitoring devices. Demonstrated success achieving sales figures between $1–3 million in integrated security business. Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior executives. Strong relationship building, action‑oriented, and business acumen within a matrix organization. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $70,000–$96,000. Competitive Sales Incentive Plan based on project, quarterly, and annual margin.
