Functieomschrijving
Als Store Manager leid je jouw eigen ALDI-winkel.
Je zet je elke dag in om ervoor te zorgen dat je winkel goed draait: je zorgt voor een nette winkel, goedgevulde rekken en tevreden klanten
Je stuurt jouw team van een 12-tal toppers aan en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat hij of zij moet doen: je maakt een planning op en verdeelt de taken
Ook zelf werk je mee in de winkel: bediening aan de kassa, aanvullen van de rekken, controle van onze producten - je doet het allemaal
Je denkt mee na over manieren om de winkelervaring voor de klant aangenamer te maken
Samen met jouw District Manager werk je aan de resultaten van jouw winkel en werkt hiervoor een actieplan uit
Je verzorgt de uitrol van nieuwe projecten in jouw winkel
