About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated HVAC sales professional to support our commercial project sales efforts. In this role, you’ll develop new business and deliver full-service HVAC solutions, including design‑build installations, retrofits, and energy‑efficiency upgrades. You’ll partner with customers to evaluate their needs and recommend customized solutions that improve system performance, comfort, and long‑term operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities
Establish and grow relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and key decision‑makers
Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, system replacements, and new installations
Develop and present comprehensive proposals, including scope, pricing, and project timelines
Coordinate with engineering, estimating, and project management teams to ensure successful execution
Stay informed on industry developments, including new technologies and energy efficiency standards
Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to company growth
Qualifications
Proven experience in HVAC sales, project sales, or a related technical field
Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, systems, and applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities effectively
Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
