Assistant Director of Ticket Operations Assistant Director of Ticket Operations is responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operations of the Coyote Ticket Office. The position includes renewing season tickets for football, men’s & women’s basketball, and volleyball; acquiring new season ticket holders; and developing group sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the ticket office.
Renew season tickets and acquire new season ticket holders for football, men’s & women’s basketball, and volleyball.
Develop group sales opportunities.
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling game‑day support staff.
Coordinate ticket operations for all home athletic events, including event reconciliation and reporting.
Provide exemplary customer service and work nights, weekends, and evenings as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of one year ticket‑office or related experience with intercollegiate athletics.
Experience with Paciolan ticketing software preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision and on an irregular schedule, including weekends and evenings.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and interpretations in relation to the ticket office preferred.
