Ben jij een ervaren project- of werkvoorbereider die klaar is voor de volgende stap? Slokker Bouwgroep in Almere zoekt een Senior Projectvoorbereider die complexe projecten planmatig, bouwtechnisch én financieel tot in detail weet voor te bereiden.
Als Senior Projectvoorbereider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige voorbereiding van (deel)projecten. Je zorgt voor de bouwtechnische, planmatige en financiële onderbouwing en werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en uitvoerder om een vloeiende overdracht naar de uitvoering te realiseren.
Je stelt planningen en kosten- en voorbereidingsschema’s op en bewaakt deze gedurende het traject. Daarnaast bereid je de inkoop voor, stuur je engineering aan en bevorder je een optimale samenwerking tussen alle bouwpartners. Met jouw kennis van BIM en LEAN-technieken zorg je voor een efficiënte en hoogwaardige voorbereiding van projecten.
- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting bouwkunde
- Minimaal 10 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als project- of werkvoorbereider
- Ervaring met BIM en LEAN-technieken
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een koel hoofd in complexe situaties
- Proactieve houding, met oog voor samenwerking en de overtuiging dat je samen verder komt
- Initiatiefrijk en intrinsiek gemotiveerd om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen
- Affiniteit met het benutten van data binnen diverse applicaties
- Een veelzijdige functie binnen een hecht en collegiaal team
- Werken op kantoor in Almere, nauw samen met collega’s uit verschillende disciplines
- Zelfstandigheid gecombineerd met veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief
