Staffing Coordinator – Home Care (Private Duty) Assisted Home Health & Hospice is experiencing exciting growth and is seeking a detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our Home Care (Private Duty) team. If you are an MA, but interested in working in the Home Care industry as a front office support - scheduling Caregivers and working with Patients and families, this is the position for you! We are looking for someone who is good with Excel and other computer-related tools! If you are organized, tech-savvy, and communicative, we would like to interview you! The base hourly range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $27-30 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. About the Role In this role, you will support daily operations by coordinating caregiver schedules, communicating with patients and staff, and helping ensure high-quality care delivery. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate private duty shifts for RNs, LVNs, and CNAs Communicate with patients, families, and staff regarding schedules and care needs Track staff availability and manage weekly scheduling Prepare and maintain patient documentation and in-home care materials Identify and escalate staffing challenges as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care Assist with administrative tasks and general office support Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in Excel and general computer applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Compensation $27–30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Benefits
