Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA. The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, and ensure targets are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include mentoring and training sales staff, driving performance, managing client relationships, and innovating customer-acquisition strategies. The role also involves collaborating with management on sales forecasts, market trends, and team development.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, account development, and customer relationship building.
Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor, motivate, and guide sales professionals.
Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and market trends for strategy development.
Knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and pipeline management tools.
Goal-driven and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Flexible and adaptable with the willingness to work on-site in Whittier, CA.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
