At Flynn Arby's, we are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our exceptional team. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurantÂ
- Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guestsÂ
- Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standardsÂ
- Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controlsÂ
- Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targetsÂ
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyÂ
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environmentÂ
- Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality roleÂ
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a teamÂ
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Exceptional problem-solving abilitiesÂ
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyÂ
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methodsÂ
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
