Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Shannon to recruit a Newly Qualified Accountant to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to further develop their industry experience within a well-established and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across the finance function, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and supporting key month-end and reporting activities. Key Responsibilities Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting activities Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Assist with financial analysis and reporting Support audit and compliance requirements Work collaboratively across the wider finance team on process improvements and ad hoc projects Ideal Profile Newly qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA accountant Previous industry experience preferred, even if less than one year Exposure to accounts payable and receivable processes Strong Excel and systems skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working model Full healthcare cover Company pension scheme Strong progression and career development opportunities Opportunity to join a highly regarded and supportive finance team Skills: Financial Accounting Management Accounting Multinational Manufacturing Benefits: Healthcare bonus company pension.
