divh2Physical Therapy Assistant/h2pLocation: Mount Olive, NC/ppSalary Range: $28.03 - $30.81 Hourly/ppJob Summary: Our client is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a permanent position in Mount Olive, NC. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized care and support to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions. This role is vital in helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and regain their independence./ppResponsibilities:/pulliImplement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist./liliGuide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities./liliMonitor and document patient progress, reporting changes to the Physical Therapist./liliPrepare therapy areas and maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality./liliProvide treatments such as massage, electrotherapy, or ultrasound therapy under supervision./liliEducate patients and their families on home exercise routines and recovery techniques./liliEncourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process./liliCollaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliAssociate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited institution./liliValid state license or certification to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant./liliKnowledge of physical therapy techniques, tools, and equipment./liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills./liliTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively./liliEmpathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve their recovery goals./li/ulpHow to Apply:/ppApply by submitting your most recent resume to MedicalDivision@advtemp.com and please note the Job Reference # in the title of the email.
