A company you can be proud to represent. Duties & Responsibilities of an Outside Sales Representative: Consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you. Diagnose the issues they are experiencing with their home and design the best solution for them. Draft proposals for each homeowner, which include photographs, instructions, diagrams, pricing lists, and job worksheets. Attend Monday weekly sales meetings and additional trainings in Menasha. Requirements A highly motivated professional individual Willingness to travel to customer's homes as scheduled. Strong listening, and consulting skills Ability to enter a crawlspace. Ability to walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl. A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to drive for the company. Skill in operating computer software
