Wij zijn op zoek naar een Store manager voor 38uur voor onze nieuw te openen ONLY&SONS shop in Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet. Jij creëert een omgeving waarin iedereen het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. Jullie zijn een team dat elkaar aanvult en dat service op nummer 1 zet. Je bent een motivator en gebruikt KPI’S om je team aan te sturen. Je hebt een echte winnaars mentaliteit.
Jouw Area Manager is jouw kantboard en samen werken jullie aan het beste resultaat. Samen met de Visual Merchandiser zorg je ervoor dat we de juiste producten op de juiste plek hebben en dat deze volgens de VM richtlijnen in de shop worden geplaatst.
Maar het belangrijkste van alles is dat jij staat tot jouw team als brandstof tot een motor!

Wie ben jij?
De afgelopen 1-3 jaar heb jij een leidinggevende functie gehad binnen de retail, bijvoorbeeld als (assistent) store manager, shopmanager of floormanager. Een opleiding in de richting van detailhandel/ retail is een pré. Verder ben je als collega flexibel inzetbaar en ben je beschikbaar in het weekend en tijdens de koopavonden.
Wie ben jij?
- Je houdt van fashion!
- Je hebt een helicopterview en coördineert alle werkzaamheden binnen de store
- Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je store en je team en behandelt beiden met liefde
- Van een snel werktempo word je nog fanatieker om te scoren. Een flexibele instelling is jou op het lijf geschreven
- Je bent commercieel sterk
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal
- Je beschikt minimaal over MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau
