Sales Support Project Coordinator We're partnering with a fast-paced, growth-oriented manufacturing organization seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sales Support Project Coordinator to support both sales and operations. This individual will take ownership of customer projects from initial quote through final deliverycoordinating vendors, managing timelines, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in driving projects to completion. Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of customer projects from RFQ through delivery Coordinate and support all sales-related activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Source, evaluate, and communicate with vendors to obtain pricing, lead times, and capabilities Prepare accurate and competitive quotes by analyzing cost inputs and project requirements Negotiate pricing, timelines, and delivery schedules with vendors Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met Maintain consistent communication with internal teams, customers, and vendors Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and production timelines Maintain accurate records, documentation, and data within internal systems/ERP Proactively identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track Build and maintain strong relationships while holding internal and external partners accountable
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail and professionalism Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and make sound decisions Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and shifting deadlines Experience in sales support, project coordination, procurement, or manufacturing environments preferred Strong negotiation and vendor management skills are a plus
