Full time. The Cooper Fitness Center has a new opening for a membership sales associate. The primary responsibility of the Membership Sales Consultant will be to sell club memberships while achieving or exceeding individual and team sales goals.

Membership Sales Consultant Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals New member prospecting and outreach Use of club management software for prospecting and account management Prospect touring and ability to close sales New member onboarding Creation and support of Corporate Accounts Community outreach and promotion Support member retention programs Participation in company and community social events Business development Additional duties as assigned Requirements
The ideal Membership Sales Consultant will possess: Experience in health/fitness related field (preferred) 2-3 years of sales experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb organizational skills Proven ability to provide high quality customer service Proficiency with industry standard word processing, spreadsheet, database, graphics, and presentation applications Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently and with a team, and perform detail-oriented functions Professional and enthusiastic attitude Team player What we'll provide: Hourly base plus commission Complimentary Cooper Fitness Membership for you and your spouse 401K matching Benefits Vacation and 11 paid holidays per year (including your birthday) Discounts at The Coop (retail store), Spa, Hotel, Cooper Complete nutritional supplements and much more!
