A day in the life
Du arbeitest vor Ort an unserem Logistikstandort in Helmstedt. Du verfolgst das Geschehen genau, und Mitarbeiter:innen kommen während ihrer Schicht mit Fragen auf Dich zu. In dieser Funktion musst Du potenzielle Probleme erkennen, bevor sie auftreten. Du überprüfst den Standort kontinuierlich und machst Dich damit vertraut, wie Mitarbeiter:innen die Ausrüstung benutzen. Du verstehst die Funktionsweisen aller Aufgaben und Maschinen und sorgst für die optimale Sicherheit der Prozesse.
Du gehörst zu den Personen, die Änderungen bei der Sicherheit in die Tat umsetzen, und arbeitest dabei mit vielen Menschen unmittelbar zusammen. Neben Deinen täglichen und wöchentlichen Routineaufgaben unterstützt Du bei Bedarf unser Betriebsteam bei Sicherheitsfragen.
Arbeitsschutz ist für Amazon sehr wichtig. Du hilfst uns, wesentliche Daten zu sammeln, um unsere Prozesse zu verstehen und Problemen vorzubeugen. Du teilst diese Daten auch mit anderen Mitarbeiter:innen im Unternehmen und arbeitest mit anderen Teams zusammen, damit die Sicherheit an erster Stelle steht.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Berufsausbildung oder Erfahrung in einem relevanten Bereich

- Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Erfahrung in der effektiven Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern entweder schriftlich oder mithilfe von Präsentationen
- Erfahrung, eigenständig zu arbeiten ebenso wie als Teammitglied
- Vorhandene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit
