Our team has built strong, long-term relationships in the community while delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a true outpatient setting. Our physicians value continuity of care and meaningful relationships with patients and families. You'll be joining a collaborative, down-to-earth environment where providers are supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team, allowing you to stay focused on patient care. Located just south of Atlanta, Jonesboro and McDonough offer the best of both worlds. Position Overview We are seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our team in an established, high-demand role. This is a great opportunity to walk into a strong patient base and quickly become part of a practice that is deeply rooted in the community. This position offers a predictable outpatient schedule, light shared call, and no hospital responsibilities. You will have the ability to focus on delivering high-quality care while maintaining a strong work-life balance. We are looking for a physician who is clinically strong, collaborative, and committed to relationship-driven pediatrics. What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care to infants, children, and adolescents Manage a consistent patient panel and build long-term relationships with families Collaborate closely with fellow pediatricians, APPs, and clinical staff Participate in a light, rotating call schedule Maintain accurate and timely documentation using eClinicalWorks EMR Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Active Georgia license or ability to obtain Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset Spanish language skills are a plus Interest in building a long-term role within the community
