About The Role Ramp is seeking a strategic leader to transform its Customer Success team into multi-product consultants and strategic finance advisors. This role will design and deliver training programs, playbooks, and frameworks to enhance the team's consultative skills, commercial acumen, and finance expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Build the enablement foundation by assessing current capabilities and designing training tracks for sales enablement and finance acumen.
Systematize activation playbooks, onboarding processes, and team best practices.
Develop executive-level training, lead cross-functional training sessions, and build change management frameworks.
Own and lead the AI Enablement Roadmap for the Customer Success team, driving AI fluency and adoption.
Collaborate with leadership on organizational direction, curriculum development, and articulating business value.
What You'll Bring
Practitioner Customer Success experience.
Strong finance and accounting expertise.
Sales enablement experience in building and delivering commercial skills programs.
A consulting orientation and a strong problem-solving instinct.
AI fluency and experience guiding others in AI tool adoption.
What Would Make You Stand Out
CPA, accounting, or ERP implementation background.
Experience in fintech or financial software.
Background in management consulting or business process transformation.
Familiarity with spend management, procurement, or AP/AR workflows.
