About the Role: As a Certified Nurse Assistant at Rockdale Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing medication administration and other treatments as directed by licensed nurses Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and HIPAA guidelines Developing and implementing individualized care plans, prioritizing resident needs and preferences Communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
Current Certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Georgia High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or special training in healthcare preferred 0 years of experience in healthcare; eager to start your career in this rewarding field Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care
