The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the plumbing supply, construction, or related industries.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and stakeholders.

- Experience with plumbing products, pipe, and plumbing supply knowledge.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their plumbing supply needs.
- Conduct regular sales calls and visits to customer sites to present product offerings and provide expert advice.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams including inventory, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software to maintain accurate records and forecast sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to provide informed recommendations.
