Als accounts payable controller draag je bij aan een soepel lopende crediteurenadministratie binnen ons Finance-team. Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige verwerking van facturen, ondersteunt bij kostenallocaties en speelt een rol in het afstemmen van leveranciersrekeningen. Met jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail help je ons financiële proces efficiënt en foutloos te houden. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van 13 Finance Professionals en rapporteert aan de accounting manager.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Verwerken: tijdige en correcte verwerking van facturen en personeelsdeclaraties.
- Betalingen: verzorgen van wekelijkse, ad-hoc en InterCompany betalingen (Netting).
- Afstemming: controleren en afstemmen van leveranciersrekeningen en oplossen van afwijkingen.
- Kostenallocaties: verwerken van kostenallocaties op basis van specificaties van facturen.
- Maandafsluiting: afstemmen van InterCompany facturen tijdens de maandafsluiting.

- Salaris tussen €3.500 en €3.900 per maand.

Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde Accounts Payable Controller met een passie voor financiële processen en teamwork.
- Bachelor- of MBO-4-diploma in een financiële richting.
- 1–3 jaar ervaring in crediteurenadministratie.
- Kennis van boekhoudprincipes en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP).
- Uitstekende organisatorische en planningsvaardigheden.
- Vloeiend in Engels; Nederlands is een pré.
