Als Accounts Payable Specialist speel je een belangrijke rol binnen ons Finance-team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze crediteurenadministratie soepel verloopt door facturen tijdig en nauwkeurig te verwerken, kosten correct te alloceren en leveranciersrekeningen af te stemmen. Samen met een team van 13 Finance Professionals werk je aan een efficiënt en foutloos financieel proces, waarbij je rapporteert aan de accounting manager. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde aanpak en oog voor detail draag je direct bij aan de financiële stabiliteit van ons bedrijf.
Wat ga je doen:- Verwerken van facturen en personeelsdeclaraties op een tijdige en correcte manier.
- Verzorgen van wekelijkse, ad-hoc en InterCompany betalingen (Netting).
- Controleren en afstemmen van leveranciersrekeningen en oplossen van afwijkingen.
- Verwerken van kostenallocaties op basis van specificaties van facturen.
- Afstemmen van InterCompany facturen tijdens de maandafsluiting.

Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en proactieve Accounts Payable Controller met een passie voor crediteurenadministratie en oog voor detail.
- Bachelor of MBO-4 diploma in financiële richting.
- 1–3 jaar ervaring in crediteurenadministratie.
- Kennis van boekhoudprincipes en ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP).
- Uitstekende planning en organisatorische vaardigheden.
- Vloeiend in Engels, Nederlands is een pré.
