General facility upkeep/maintenance which may entail: Floor repair such as carpet, VCT & Gerflor tiles. Wall repair/patching, texturing & painting. Repairing damaged baseboards and corer guards. Bulb replacements inside and outside T-SCIFs. Maintaining the Switch standard in all areas. Materials handling and installation. Facility set-up (Client cage) per defined company standards. Perform regular cage audits to existing clients. Help maintain and monitor the facility cleanliness. Maintain T-SCIF cleanliness and organization of defined space. Communicate with the warehouse and coordinate stock deliveries. Use of basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift). May at times assist with Facility Maintenance tasks. What We're Looking For

Experience with organization and spatial layout A demonstrated ability for dimensional measurement Able to read and understand schematics related to space layout. Excellent attention to detail, presentation and customer service skills Ability to solve problems with good initiative and sound judgement Excellent time management skills and the ability to work alone or with team members. Excellent communication skills with team members, management and customers A minimum of 2 years' experience in production, facilities, mechanical maintenance or relevant field. Able to work both indoors and outdoors while utilizing environmental safety practices. Able to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Able to regularly stand, walk, bend, use hands, carry supplies, operate power tools, perform work on a ladder and have specific vision abilities to include close and distance vision. Able to work both indoors and outdoors while utilizing environmental safety practices in order to perform exterior facility work as needed. Why Switch?
