Job Summary We are seeking a Vacation Sales/In‑House Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales & Marketing team at Marriott Vacation Club City, SanFrancisco. The role involves scheduling sales presentations, providing excellent service, and maximizing revenue while delivering memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests. Pay & Schedule Hourly wage: $19.18 per hour + commissions and bonuses. Full‑time, 5 days per week. Shifts may range from 8am to 9pm and include weekends, holidays, and evenings. Responsibilities Schedule and manage sales presentations, ensuring that all participants meet eligibility requirements. Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentation and volume production goals. Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs and interactions with colleagues promptly. Contribute to team goals and maintain company policies and safety procedures. Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends. Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. Background and drug screening required as per state and local regulations. Physical ability to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
