Job Description
In this Senior Superintendent role, you will:
Lead all on-site construction activities for large-scale, ground-up multifamily projects valued at $80M+Drive schedule, quality, safety, and site logistics from mobilization through final turnoverManage large field teams, assistant superintendents, and multiple subcontractor crews across complex scopesCoordinate closely with Project Managers, ownership reps, inspectors, and trade partners to ensure alignment and executionOperate as the primary on-site leader, fostering a high-performance culture and setting expectations for professionalism and accountabilityDeliver projects on time and up to standard while navigating challenges such as phasing, inspections, and jurisdictional requirementsChampion best-in-class safety practices, site cleanliness, and detailed documentationMentor and develop junior field staff, helping build the next generation of leadership

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate is a seasoned Senior Superintendent with deep experience leading large, ground-up multifamily projects valued at $80M or greater.They have demonstrated strong tenure, having completed at least two projects in a Senior Superintendent capacity with their current employer, and are known for seeing projects through from start to finish.They bring a commanding field presence, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage complex schedules, large crews, and demanding project stakeholders.This individual is detail-driven, solutions-oriented, and takes pride in running clean, safe, and efficient job sites.Strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to mentor assistant superintendents are essential.Candidates who thrive here are those who value stability, long-term alignment with their employer, and the opportunity to lead some of the most significant multifamily projects in the region
