Key Responsibilities Order Entry & Processing
Accurately enter and process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
Review orders for completeness, pricing accuracy, and product availability
Coordinate with internal departments (shipping, accounting, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment
Customer Service
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, order status, and support issues
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain customer records and documentation within the CRM system
Outbound Sales & Retention
Proactively contact existing customers to build relationships, address needs, and uncover new opportunities
Follow up on quotes, backorders, and lapsed accounts to support customer retention
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and relay them to the appropriate sales rep when needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order entry preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable with outbound calling and relationship-building
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/order entry systems (e.g., Salesforce, Acumatica, NetSuite)
The pay range for this role is:
40,000 - 50,000 USD per year (Barens - PA)
