Als Junior Software Engineer arbeitest du in einem Team mit rund vier Software Entwickler:innen. Je nach Auftragsgrösse programmierst du eigenständig Erweiterungen und Anpassungen zur Business Software oder bist Teil eines Projektteams. Deine Aufgaben gehen vom Requirement Engineering, Programmieren der Lösungen bis hin zur Projektkoordination und Unterstützung der Key User. Durch die verschiedenen Tätigkeiten gestaltet sich deine tägliche Arbeit abwechslungsreich. Neben dem Arbeiten im Büro bist du auch bei den Kunden vor Ort, wo du hautnah miterleben kannst, was deine Arbeit bewirkt. Mit deiner Arbeit ermöglichst du unseren Kunden ein effizientes Arbeiten und die Herausforderungen der Digitalisierung erfolgreich zu meistern. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit den ERP-Endbenutzer:innen zusammen, um gemeinsam die sinnvollste Lösung zu finden.
