Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience , 3-5 years supporting CRO and other senior sales leaders , 8+ years experience supporting management level and above , Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings , Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations , Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook , Experience scheduling travel for management , Travel with the sales team annually to Sales Kick Off , 5-10% travel for additional sales events What the job involves Barracuda is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) , This person will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and management support-related tasks and must be able to work independently with minimal supervision , The ideal candidate will be exceedingly well organized, flexible and have excellent attention to detail , They must have the ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism , Support the CRO and various members of the management team , If on site, greet visitors and customers for the Sales team , Receive incoming calls and direct to the relevant department , Calendar management , Schedule both domestic and international travel for CRO, (S)VP’s level employees for the Sales department , Responsible for ordering and setting up lunches for internal meetings , Help coordinate office functions , Assist management with the creation of presentations and agendas , Ad hoc projects as requested , Attend regularly scheduled Sales calls
