Key Requirements:
* BS Degree in business or job-related discipline
* Minimum (3) years sales experience
* Knowledge and understanding of swimming pool and spa industry (preferred)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong analysis and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products
* Directly or indirectly reports and/or works closely with a senior sales person
* Travel in and around territory with approximately 40% overnight travel
