1st Maintenance Technician, dit is je uitdaging
Binnen onze fabriek worden diverse voedingssupplementen geleverd als bulk, afgevuld en verpakt tot verschillende eindartikelen op onze verpakkingslijnen. Als 1st Maintenance Technician zorg je ervoor dat onze Fill & Pack‑lijnen veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt draaien in lijn met het bedrijfsbeleid op het gebied van (voedsel)veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving.
Omdat je werkt met machines en je met behulp van (semi) automatische vul- en verpakkingsmachines voeding voor consumenten maakt, is oog voor hygiëne (HACCP) en veiligheid erg belangrijk.
Als onderdeel van ons Operationeel Productie team werk je volgens een 2-ploegenrooster van maandag t/m vrijdag waarbij ene week van 06:15 tot 14:45 uur en andere week van 14:30 tot 23:00 uur werkt.
Als 1st Maintenance Technician heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
- Uitvoeren van preventief inspecties en onderhoud i.s.m. Leveranciers en dienstverleners.
- Signaleren, rapporteren, registreren en opvolgen van machine afwijkingen in aanwezige systemen; digitale kennis hierbij is een pré.
- Oplossen van mechanische en elektronische storingen aan machines.
- Meewerken aan LEAN productie en continu verbeteringen voor een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.
- Beheer van machinepark incl. Machine onderdelen en technische gereedschappen.
- Werken volgens veiligheids- en werkvergunningsprocedures (5S, LOTO, TRA).
Als 1st Maintenance Technician rapporteer je aan de Production Manager en ben je deel van Almere fabriek van Nestlé Health Science.
Dit breng jij voor de vacature 1st Maintenance Technician mee:
- Communicatief vaardig en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- MBO-3 Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Mechanische ervaring in productieomgeving.
- Elektrische basiskennis is een pré.
- SAP-ervaring is een pré.
