Role & responsibilities Counsel prospective students and parents regarding UPSC and competitive examination courses.
Follow up on qualified leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.
Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions with prospective students.
Drive enrollments and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with students throughout the admission process.
Address queries and objections professionally to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.
Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and competitive examination landscapes.
Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, or admission consulting.
Prior experience selling UPSC, SSC, Banking, CAT, CLAT, NEET, JEE, or other competitive examination programs.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Experience handling inbound and outbound leads.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
