Our Provider Engineering team is seeking a talented software engineer intern, passionate about creating life‑saving technology for doctors and patients, to join Practice Fusion for an 11‑week summer 2026 internship. Responsibilities Support services engineering with a variety of projects, including: Taking on the challenge of solving complex technical problems to deliver vital, reliable product features to our customers Work with stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs Write correct, well‑factored code that is testable and maintainable, and that demonstrates best practices Write high‑quality, well‑tested, readable, and maintainable code Collaborate with fellow developers, test engineers, designers, and product management Deliver in a highly‑agile, cross‑functional Scrum environment Qualifications Currently a senior enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in computer science, computer engineering or related discipline 3.0+ GPA preferred Proficient at programming in object‑oriented languages, preferably C# Ability to quickly learn new technologies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Self‑starter and possess strong sense of self‑motivation Compensation $20–$30 per hour Benefits Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including holidays, vacation, medical, dental, vision insurance, company‑paid life insurance, and a retirement savings plan. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
