We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Developer to grow our footprint in the Gulf Coast region. What You Will Do (Responsibilities) As a Staffing Business Developer, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management—to expand our market presence. Hunt & Prospect:
Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and technical sectors through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking. Strategic Growth:
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base in the petrochemical, energy, and mechanical industries. Consultative Selling:
Evaluate client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, direct-hire). Relationship Management:
Build and maintain lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, and HR professionals. Proposal Presentation:
Present tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts. Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or staffing/recruitment (industrial/technical staffing experience is highly preferred). Proven Track Record:
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Skills:
Exceptional sales skills, including cold calling, presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities. Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with industrial, mechanical, or safety staffing is a plus. Technology:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Attributes:
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive "hunter" mentality.
