Job Description Job Description Job Description ** Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is looking for an experienced Administrative Analyst to fill a contract assignment in the Birmingham, Alabama area. Job Title: Administrative Analyst 2 Work Location: Birmingham, AL 35203 Rates: 25.00 - $27.5 per hour US Citizenship required. Local Candidates only. Requirements:
Typical schedule: Monday – Thursday in office at Corp HQ, Friday remote (some Fridays in office upon request), 8am-5pm
Additional qualification preferences/requirements: Experience with title work or in a law office, experience with document management and quality control checks
Qualifications: Leveraging 6-10 years of experience to ensure smooth operations and efficient processes.
Responsibilities Take a lead role in providing advanced administrative support to the team. Independently manage complex calendars, schedules, and appointments for senior executives, optimizing their time management and prioritizing critical tasks. Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions, with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, demonstrating a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Conduct research, gather data, and compile comprehensive reports to support decision-making and strategic planning. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism, always maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional communication and interpersonal support.
