Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members. Education
Bachelor Level Degree - Physical Therapy (minimum) Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy preferred Certification/Licensure
Physical Therapy license - VA BLS
