School Nurse California School Nurse Services Credential (including Bachelor's Degree & Registered Nurse License) OR meet eligibility requirements for the Preliminary School Nurse Services Credential Bachelor's or higher degree A valid Registered Nurse License issued by the State of CA Non-credentialed applicants must apply for the Preliminary School Nurse Services Credential upon employment and seek enrollment into a CTC-approved School Nurse Clear Credential program within the first year of employment. Requirements for the Preliminary School Nurse Services Credential: 1. Official transcripts showing a Bachelor's or higher degree from a regionally-accredited college or university 2. Valid Registered Nurse License issued by the State of California 3. Completed application (form 41-4) and, if not previously submitted to the Commission, a completed Live Scan receipt (form 41-LS) 4. APPLICANTS SHOULD BE AWARE THE DISTRICT MAY CLOSE THIS POSTING AT ANY TIME. Years of service negotiable for experience. Service credit for experience/credentialed service in either public, private school or medical setting. We are one of four elementary (TK-8) school districts in the City of Rancho Cucamonga. We have 10 schools: 8 elementary (TK-5) and 2 junior high (6-8) schools with an enrollment of 5,500 students. If selected, required fingerprint verification at an approximate cost of $52 to the employee and proof of TB clearance (within 4 years) at employee's cost or a "Certificate of Completion" signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire and a Certificate of Completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training.
