DescriptionEvening Caregiver (CHHA or CNA) - Part-Time Assisted Living Community | Medford, NJ Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMHourly Pay: $22.00 - $24.75 (based on background) Additional Earnings: Weekend shift premium + $1,000 hiring bonusPosition Overview We're seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our assisted living team for evening hours. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging living environment. Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with daily routines such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal care Respond promptly to resident requests and needs Support a positive and respectful atmosphere for all residents Work collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure consistent care Promote resident comfort, independence, and dignity at all times Qualifications
Active New Jersey CHHA or CNA certification required Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required Schedule45 Hours Bi-Weekly
Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday Week 3: Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday Week 4: Monday Friday, Saturday Compensation & Growth
