Core Responsibilities:
Provide individualized, concierge-style care to patients within the Theragnostics program
Coordinate and present new patient workups to faculty during multidisciplinary conferences
Participate in faculty conferences to review patient status, treatment plans, and follow-up care
Maintain ongoing communication with patients to support care navigation, including travel logistics, laboratory workups, education, and treatment readiness
Collaborate closely with Diagnostic Imaging Advanced Practice Providers (DI APPs) in the Theragnostics clinic
Manage laboratory follow-up and maintain comprehensive historical treatment records for faculty and clinical teams
Engage in frequent communication with leadership, contributing to program growth and strategic vision
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across MDACC
Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and research protocols

Shift/Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm / flexible schedule to accommodate patient return calls on a concierge demand. Why Us? Responsibilities Patient Care Coordination and Clinical Practice
Coordinate and implement patient care across the continuum in an outpatient setting
Provide quality, evidence-based nursing care using appropriate clinical resources
Perform pre- and post-treatment clinical assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
Educate patients and families on therapies, procedures, and symptom management
Act as a patient and family advocate to uphold patient rights and ethical principles
Theranostic and Research Support
Provide dedicated clinical oversight for theranostic therapy patients during treatment days
Monitor for adverse events, manage symptom triage, and escalate concerns appropriately
Support patient flow by managing clinical tasks during high-acuity therapy sessions
Ensure accurate and timely research documentation and data collection
Maintain compliance with IRB, FDA, and Good Clinical Practice requirements
Leadership, Collaboration, and Team Support
Organize and prioritize work of the patient care team to ensure efficient operations
Train, coach, and assist team members to support optimal patient care
Collaborate with technologists, CDI Nurses, physicians, and inter-professional staff
Provide feedback to nursing leadership regarding clinical and clerical staff performance
Foster a respectful environment that values perspectives and teamwork
