Salary Range $19.61 - $24.51*

As part of Saks Global's portfolio of top luxury retail brands and real estate assets, you will be:

  • Under the leadership and reporting to the Merchandise Operations Team Supervisor/Manager, the Merchandise Operations Associate supports the daily operations of merchandise including processing, placement, maintenance, and fulfillment.
  • Process inbound merchandise, placement, and presentation of merchandise on the selling floor.
  • Follow direction in maintaining standards in placement and presentation.
  • Participate when needed in other store projects, including fill in of merchandise on the selling floor, floor recovery, and supply replenishment.
  • Locate requested merchandise within our store and complete orders placed by the customer.
  • Provide excellent customer service and act quickly to address the customers' needs.
  • Ad hoc responsibilities if needed.

What you will bring:

  • Ability to lift cartons, climb ladders, and handle racks and carts of merchandise; lift of up to 50 pounds.
  • Retain merchandising standards on the floor in compliance with Visual standards.
  • Must have computer skills and ability to use available technology (RF guns, PC, iOS device, Excel/Word, and several proprietary platforms).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule following business needs and follows through on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to drive company vehicle as needed in accordance with your state Driver's License standards (select doors only).
