The MSB Sales Associates main responsibility is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services, this includes: a) Welcoming MSB customers, guiding them through the products, answering questions, and making sure customers have a pleasant experience; b) Following the training manuals and SOPs for the department core processes; c) Maintaining the required AML BSA certifications up to date; d) Recommending related products to increase customers options and enrich their relationship with Cardenas; e) Conducting and registering the transactions in the POS; f) Being accountable for the sales, cash, transactions, etc. recorded on their behalf. The individual in the role is to continually grow the capacity for efficiency, effectiveness and service, while maintaining company core values./ppstrongEssential Duties And Responsibilities:/strong/ppThe essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:/pulliProven track of providing excellent results, shows persistence and perseverance.
