Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the GoMining referral program. Work with crypto communities across X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms. Communicate directly with partners: onboarding, explaining product value and referral mechanics. Guide partners to their first active referrals and purchases. Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels. Collect feedback from both active and inactive / declined partners to improve the referral program. Maintain and update partner pipelines in CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus). Collaborate with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to scale referral-driven revenue.
